In July 2026, the mountains of Manali will host the inaugural Himalayan Trail Running Fest. This isn't just a race; it’s a celebration of the wild, designed to test the limits of human endurance against the backdrop of the towering Himalayas.
Founded by Himalayan Xtreme, we bring 11 years of expertise in mountain logistics and extreme sports to create a professional, safe, and breathtaking experience for every athlete—from local mountain runners to international elites.
To ensure global recognition and a fair challenge, our courses are designed according to ITRA (International Trail Running Association) standards. Our races are classified by "Km-effort" (Distance + Elevation/100) to provide runners with valuable ITRA points and a boost to their Performance Index:
