Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation of registration is permitted up to August 20, 2025 and must be communicated in writing from your registered email ID to manalimarathon@gmail.com. A processing fee of Rs 100/- will be deducted, and the balance amount will be refunded to your account.

2. Requests for cancellation/refund will not be entertained beyond August 20, 2025, except for the serving defense personnel category.

3. If your application/entry is rejected by the organizers for any reason, the registration fee will be refunded after deducting a processing charge of Rs 100/-.

4. Registration fees will not be refunded for non-participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect their bib from the Manali Marathon Expo or if they are not allowed to run on race day due to being unfit to run.

5. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Manali Marathon team immediately. Such discrepancies will not be entertained after 30th June 2025.

6. Changes to the race category are permitted ONLY up to August 20, 2025 by way of written intimation to the organizers from your registered email ID to manalimarathon@gmail.com. Participants will be charged Rs 1,000 (Indian Nationals) and US$20 (Foreign Nationals) as a processing fee. Please ensure timely written intimation for any race category change.

7. Transfer of registration to the next year is permitted ONLY up to August 30, 2025 by way of written intimation to the organizers from your registered email ID to manalimarathon@gmail.com. After August 30, no request for transfer will be entertained. Please ensure timely written intimation for the transfer of registration.

8. In the event that the Manali Marathon is postponed due to a force majeure event (including but not limited to natural disasters, government directives, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizers' control), your entry will be automatically deferred to the rescheduled date. If you are unable to participate on the new date, your entry will be valid for a future edition of the Manali Marathon for up to two subsequent events.
