Cancellation of registration is permitted up to April 15, 2026 and must be communicated in writing from your registered email ID to
manalimarathon@gmail.com.
A processing fee of 5% will be deducted, and the balance amount will be refunded to your account.
Requests for cancellation/refund will not be entertained beyond April 15, 2026, except for the serving defense personnel category.
If your application/entry is rejected by the organizers for any reason, the registration fee will be refunded after deducting a
processing charge of 5%.
Registration fees will not be refunded for non-participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect their bib from the
Himalayan Xtreme Trail Running Fest 2026 Expo or if they are not allowed to run on race day due to being unfit to run.
Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Himalayan Xtreme Trail Running Fest 2026 team immediately.
Such discrepancies will not be entertained after June 1, 2026.
Changes to the race category are permitted ONLY up to May 1, 2026 by way of written intimation to the organizers from your registered email ID to
manalimarathon@gmail.com.
Participants will be charged Rs 1,000 (Indian Nationals) as a processing fee.
Please ensure timely written intimation for any race category change.
Transfer of registration to the next year is permitted ONLY up to June 1, 2026 by way of written intimation to the organizers from your registered email ID to
manalimarathon@gmail.com.
After June 1, no request for transfer will be entertained.
Please ensure timely written intimation for the transfer of registration.
In the event that the Himalayan Xtreme Trail Running Fest 2026 is postponed due to a force majeure event
(including but not limited to natural disasters, government directives, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizers' control),
your entry will be automatically deferred to the rescheduled date.
If you are unable to participate on the new date, your entry will be valid for a future edition of the Himalayan Xtreme Trail Running Fest
for up to two subsequent events.
