Become the Backbone of the Trail

We aren’t looking for spectators. We are looking for the few who will help build and support a serious high-altitude mountain operation during the Himalayan Xtreme Trail Running Fest 2026, taking place from July 1–5.

This is your chance to witness elite endurance athletes testing their limits across legendary Himalayan terrain, including Hamta Pass at 4,300m and Rohtang Pass.

But to be part of the crew, you have to earn your place. This is a demanding, high-altitude volunteer role involving long hours, mountain conditions, and real responsibility behind the scenes.

Who We Are Looking For

Crew slots are limited, and priority will be given to individuals with proven experience in:

• Medical & First Aid Professionals: Wilderness medicine, emergency response, and first-aid experience.
• Photographers & Videographers: People who can capture the raw story of the trail, runners, terrain, and crew.
• Mountain-Savvy Navigators: Trek leaders, experienced mountaineers, and people comfortable working in difficult mountain terrain.
